REQUEST FOR INFORMATION(RFI) - FLETC ARTESIA, NM
CABLE TELEVISION & INTERNET SERVICES
This is a Request for Information (RFI) for a project titled: FLETC Artesia, NM - Cable Television & Internet Services.
The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) located in Artesia, NM is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) for the FLETC, 1300 W. Richey Avenue, Artesia, NM 88210 to identify interested and capable veteran owned small business (VOSB), service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB), economically disadvantaged women-owned small business (EDWOSB), woman owned small business (WOSB), SBA designated 8(a) sources, and/or any other source that can provide all the elements of the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW), to-wit: Cable Television & Internet Services.
The FLETC Artesia intends to review all responses to this RFI to establish the acquisition strategy in terms of contract type and contract vehicles currently in place with interested sources capable to fulfill all the requirements of the Contract and SOW that will support this effort.
The FLETC Artesia seeks the following information with the interested parties' response.
Background and Scope of Work:
The contractor must be able to provide Cable Television Services for 1,187 rooms (1,133 dormitory rooms, 54 offices, common areas and a dispatch room), including one TV Connector, with at least 67 basic channels and local programming. Additionally, the contractor must provide High Speed Internet Services for Building 5, Room 207, and meet all requirements noted in the attached SOW. The anticipatory period of performance for this service will be for a 5-year period (base year + four option year periods) covering from October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2024. Billing must be by monthly recurring charges to include all applicable federal, state, local taxes and duties.
The responses to this RFI will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a Screening Information Request (SIR), Request for Quote (RFQ), or Request for Proposal (RFP) of any kind. The FLETC Artesia is not seeking or accepting proposals at this time but may issue a formal RFQ or RFP once market analysis is complete.
NOTE: The FLETC Artesia will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to this RFI. Therefore, any cost associated with the RFI submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense.
THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION SHALL BE PROVIDED BY INTERESTED VENDORS:
1. Contractor Size, NAICS Codes and Capability Statement with a detailed narrative that fully outlines and describes how it will provide the requisite Cable Television & Internet Services contained in the Draft SOW. Provide information which fully supports its capabilities. Included should be a listing of at least 3 similar installations within the continental United States.
2. Potential Partnership Agreements
3. Current Contracts (I.E. GSA Schedules; Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) etc). currently in place or that will be place within the next 60 days).
4. If a small business, any official U.S. Government, Agency, or Administration designation letter, certificate or any other document confirming their particular small business status (i.e., VOSB, SDVOSB, etc)
Respondents must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov).
Attached is the Draft Statement of Work (SOW). Respondents are encouraged to review the statement of work.
