FLATHEAD NATIONAL FOREST JANITORIAL SERVICES
The USDA Forest Service has a requirement for janitorial services at the Flathead National Forest located at 650 Wolfpack Way in Kalispell, Montana 59901. The contractor shall furnish all management, labor, supervision, transportation, training, equipment, supplies, and materials needed to provide Janitorial Services for 22,150 square feet of total flooring area, that includes approximately 19,750 square feet of carpeted area. Drawings will be included in the solicitation.
The Governments anticipates awarding this contract for a base and four option years to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and this acquisition is total small business set-aside, NAICS code: 561720, size standard: $18 million. The solicitation will be available to download on FBO on approximately March 1, 2017 and will be due on March 30, 2017.
