The project consists of a full metal roofing and ventilation system inspection, roof ventilation design, and repairs and restoration of the Flagstaff Ranger Station Warehouse, which has a 23,555 square foot metal roof area.   Contract time  is 45 calendar days and work is expected to start soon after award.  Alternate payment protection/payment bond will be required.  Estimated price range is $25,000 - $100,000.  Solicitation will be posted on or about June 26, 2014.
