FIXED PRICE BID MEDICAID REHABILITATIVE
The purpose of FIXED PRICE BID FOR MEDICAID REHABILITATIVE BEHAVIORAL SERVICES is to establish multiple sources for the purchase of Medicaid Rehabilitative Behavioral Health Services (RBHS) for children under the age of 21 for the agencies listed herein. These resulting contracts will allow Using Governmental Units to purchase services for Medicaid and Non Medicaid eligible children at the rates established by the Department for their Medicaid program. The Using Governmental Units will not set or adjust rates related to this solicitation.
