The City invites financial consultants to submit proposals to provide services which will assist the City of Allentown in addressing financial management goals. The purpose of this engagement is to establish short-term and long-term financial and managerial directives that strengthen the fiscal capacity of the government of the City of Allentown along with the integration of long-term community and economic development strategies that will strengthen the City's revenue base.
