This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is VA-244-09-RQ-0454. This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 42345 with a size standard of 100. The proposed contract is for commercial supplies for which the government intends to compete amongst small business concerns. The award is anticipated to be on or around September 29, 2009
