FIRE STATION RENOVATIONS
Non-mandatory pre-bid conference 06/15/2010.
Construction of an approximately 3,200 square foot addition consisting of two new drive through apparatus bays at Fire Station #4 and Fire Station #6, and an approximately 1, 600 square foot addition consisting of a single new drive through apparatus bay at Fire Station #5. The project includes additive alternate bid items to construct an approximately 3,200 square foot addition consisting of two new drive through apparatus bays at Fire Station #5, in lieu of the 1,600 square foot single apparatus bay addition and to construct heavy duty pavement at each station. A deductive bid alternate is included to construct gable endwalls of metal panels in lieu of brick.
