FIRE AND EMS DISPATCH CENTER OPERATIONS
Pursuant to its authority, REDCOM has previously contracted with a private third-party vendor to provide staff and management services to operate its communications dispatch facility. Due to the upcoming termination of such contract by its own terms, REDCOM is accepting proposals for a new contract for the continued operation of its combined fire/EMS dispatch center in Sonoma County, California, which shall include staffing and management services.
For quality control purposes, REDCOM requires that the proposed contract contain detailed terms regarding performance standards that must be met by the proposed vendor, which are specified in this Request for Proposals (RFP). Compliance with contract performance standards and requirements will be monitored by the REDCOM Contract Compliance Committee, or other individuals or group(s) appointed by the REDCOM Board of Directors.
