FINANCIAL CONSULTING SERVICES
The Council is seeking Proposals from qualified financial management consulting firms to assist with transitioning to an ‘Business Model Accounting System’ using an Enterprise Fund Basis, and provide comprehensive financial strategic planning advice and guidance for a period of four months. This Request for Proposals (RFP) stipulates the
procedures and requirements to be used by the Council in its selection for these services
Complete transition to Enterprise Accounting Budget complete with accurate tracking, reporting,
and profit/loss models and methodologies for the Council’s Programs and Services.
Assist in the Development of Business Plans that detail implementation of new services and
programs.
Provide specific advice on Council Financial Strategy to maximize investment income and revenue
