Blackhawk Technical College (Blackhawk or the College) and affiliated Foundation,
invites qualified independent public accountants to submit proposals for performance of
an audit of its financial accounts and records covering the three fiscal years ended June
30, 2009, 2010, and 2011, with an option to renew for two more fiscal years, for the
purpose of rendering an auditors opinion regarding the fairness of the financial
statements in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and accounting
principles. The financial statements to be audited and reported include the combined
financial statements of the District including supplemental financial information and
supplemental compliance information as required by OMB Circular A-133, Audits of
States, Local Governments and Non-Profit Organizations. A copy of Blackhawks
and/or affiliated Foundations 2008 audited financial statements including the single
audit is available upon request.
