The financial advisor will participate with the staff of the University, the Universitys bond counsel, and the State Bond Advisor in the development and issuance of an effective method of issuing general, limited, and special obligation bonds. The debt will be a general obligation of The University of Oklahoma and will be secured by all lawfuly available sources of revenue other than revenues appropriated by the Oklahoma Legislature from tax receipts. It is expected that these bonds will be issued within the next six months.
