The Indianapolis Housing Agency and Partners for Affordable Housing invites proposals from licensed and qualified companies or
combinations of licensed, qualified companies to perform the following services:
Prepare federal and Indiana returns
Perform audit services
Prepare 10% carryover letters/certifications
Prepare cost certifications and form 8609
Prepare additional 10% carryover letters/certifications for new partnerships that may be formed during the contract period
Prepare cost certifications and forms 8609 for new partnerships that may be formed during the contract period
