FINANCIAL/UTILITY BILLING SOFTWARE
The City of Waseca is requesting proposals for the purchase of new financial/Utility billing software. Vendors are requested to provide proposals that include the software program with a full range of municipal software applications, implementation services, maintenance, on-going post-installation technical support, any appropriate data conversion documentation, and user training. Bidders of any municipal software applications listed in the System Scope may submit their proposals. Consideration will be given only to those vendors who have provided software systems to Cities (within the State of Minnesota) that have Water, Sewer, and Electric Utilities.
