FINANCIAL/IT INDUSTRY SECTOR STUDY
Quad City Development Group, on behalf of participating public membership, seeks a Consultant to study local conditions and the potential for growth in the Financial/IT business sector. This proposed study is part of an Economic Adjustment Strategy in response to reorganization at Rock Island Arsenal resulting from the 2005 Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) decisions. The Bi-State Regional Commission, representing participating jurisdictions defined as the Quad City area, has been awarded a Community Economic Adjustment Diversification Planning grant from the Office of Economic Adjustment, Department of Defense.
