FEI EasyLift EX Resellers or Equivalent Items

After the results of this market research are obtained and analyzed, NIST may conduct a competitive procurement and subsequently award a contract.
NIST currently owns a FEI Helios NanoLab 660 FIB Scanning Electron Microscope. To meet the increased demands for thin TEM lamella and similar nanoscale specimen preparations NIST is seeking information on nanomanipulators available on the commercial market that are equal in specifications to a FEI EasyLift EX nanomanipulator. In addition to being equivalent to the FEI EasyLift EX in performance and function, the nanomanipulator must also be compatible for installation on the existing Helios NanoLab 660 FIB SEM.
NIST is also seeking information on third party resellers of the EasyLift EX nanomanipulator.
Interested contractors shall supply the following information:
1. For products equal in function and performance to the FEI EasyLift EX nanomanipulator, the contractor shall submit product documentation clearly showing how their product is equivalent in performance and function to the specified equipment as well as how their equipment can be installed and compatible with the NIST Helios NanoLab 660 FIB SEM.
2. Resellers shall submit information showing that they are authorized to resell the specified equipment and that all manufacturer warranties and titles can transfer to NIST once equipment is delivered.
Interested vendors shall submit their response via email to susan.ruzicka@nist.gov no later than 11:00 am on 04 May 2017. NIST's email system limits the total size of attachments to not more than 10Mb. Any single email exceeding that may be rejected by the NIST email server.
