FEHRL Membership Dues
Pursuant to 13.106-1(b), the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Forum of European National Highway Research Laboratories (FEHRL). The FHWA is an Associate of the FEHRL's General Assembly and pays membership dues to FEHRL. The purpose of FHWA's ongoing membership and participation as an Associate of FEHRL will continue to improve efforts to coordinate and collaborate on international road research. The development of collaboration platforms are a core value to the success of FHWA's ability to realize and gain knowledge that is being created in countries that face the same challenges as the United States highway transportation network. A purchase order, issued under FAR Part 13, is anticipated and the total estimated value is not to exceed $30,000.00.
The intent of this notice is not to request competitive proposals, and any information received from interested parties will only be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether a competitive procurement should be conducted. However, interested parties may submit a description of their firm's capabilities for satisfying this requirement, which demonstrates they possess the ability to successfully perform this effort.
