3. Location shall not be adjacent to overpasses, bridges, elevated ramps or railroad trucks.
4. Eating facilities shall be within a 2 miles radius
Offered space must be "Class A" office space and meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space should not be in the 100 year flood plain.
