The Department of Veterans Affairs, St. Louis Healthcare System, John Cochran and Jefferson Barracks Divisions has a Two Phase Design-Build requirement. Offeror shall provide the Design and Construction Services to correct various AWE (Annual Workplace Evaluation) findings that are more than a year old. The primary focus shall be that of installing roof tie off points to create safe roof access for M&O workers at both the John Cochran and Jefferson Barracks.
The procurement is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
Eligible Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned offerors must be registered and verified in Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database. (http://www.VetBiz.gov).
Cost Magnitude: Between 250,000 and 500,000
NAICS CODE: 236220 SIZE STANDARD: $36.5 Million
The period of performance is 180 calendar days upon receipt of notice to proceed.
