The Federal Bureau of Investigation has a requirement for Consulting and Engineering Services in support of Microsoft Products- including, but not limited to MS Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Project, MS.net, MS Sharepoint/Lync/Live Meeting, MS CRM, MS Windows Server and Desktop Operating System, MS Office, O365 and Azure. Web Support Services will also be required. The FBI anticipates awarding a multiple award-IDIQ for these services.
The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 541512, with a size standard of $27.5M. Contract duration is one 12 month base year and six 12 month option periods. Anticipated IDIQ value is $900M. Place of performance is the DC Metro area- FBI Headquarters, the Department of Justice and all components. Proposals will be evaluated and awarded utilizing the Best Value Process. The proposal evaluation criteria may consist of the following: Technical & Management Approach, Past Performance, OCI Mitigation, Section 508, Security and Price.
