**SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE**
This Sources Sought Notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as either a solicitation or obligation on the part of the Government. This notice is to determine the availability of small business contract holders that can provide the services identified in the Draft SOW FBI Enterprise Operations Center (EOC). This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or quotations. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in the response. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. After a review of the responses received, a solicitation may be released on FBO.gov. However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation. Capability statements will not be returned and will not be accepted after the due date. Contract holders responding to this market survey should keep in mind that only focused and pertinent information is requested. Generic corporate marketing materials, which do not address the requirements set forth below, should not be submitted.
The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation. Proprietary information should not be disclosed. In order to respond to this notice, contract holders must be able to clearly convey their experience and/or ability to perform the services listed in this Sources Sought Notice.
SUBMISSION INFORMATION
Capability statements may not exceed 3 pages excluding the cover page.
Each response should include the following Business Information:
a. Company Name;
b. Company Address;
c. Company Point of Contact, Phone and Email address;
d. Current GS Schedule Number and/or GWAC appropriate for this notice;
f. Type of Company (i.e., small business, 8(a), woman owned, veteran owned, etc.)
g. Do you have a TS Facility Clearance?
h. Do you have two SCIFs- one within the DC area and one at an alternate location (COOP)?
i. Comments regarding the Statement of Work
The Government will not entertain questions regarding this Market Research; however, general questions may be submitted via email by March 6, 2015 Firms that meet the requirements described in this announcement are invited to submit their capability statements. All information must be received no later than March 16, 2015 via email only. No phone calls will be accepted.
