FARM ROAD REPAIRS
COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION
The San Joaquin Valley Agricultural Sciences Center located in Parlier, California has a requirement for the repair of eight farm roads located on the property of the Agricultural Sciences Center. Work is to be completed by vendor in strict accordance with the attachment, Statement of Work (SOW).
This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation announcement for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Solicitation Number AG-32SD-S-17-0047 (See Attached Solicitation) is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 corrections. North American Classification Code (NAICS) 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, is applicable. Interested offerors must submit their price quote by filling out the attached Standard Form (SF) 1442 Solicitation, Offer and Award (Construction, Alteration or Repair). Successful offeror will be evaluated by the evaluation factors that are included in the Standard Form 1442. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract to a Small Business Set-Aside in June 2017 using the Evaluation Factors listed in attachment.
This requirement will also require a performance payment bond. Project must be completed 60 days after notice to proceed is received.
Only one site visit will be held on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 @ 10:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time at the site where services are to be performed by offerors or quoters to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable.
