The US Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service in Parlier has a requirement for farm worker laborers under FAR PART 13.5. Perspective offerors must be certified, registered and on the list with DOL for the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act (MSPA) Registered Farm Labor Contractor.

Complete and return the SF18 RFQ attached before the closing date for accepting proposals.
An award may be made without discussions to the offeror who has an acceptable past performance, Certified with DOL as a farm labor contractor,. Registered in SAM.gov and has the lowest price proposal.
Period of performance will be from 7-17-2017 through 7-16-2018.
Offerors must complete the attached the SF-18 and return the completed form to the attention of FRED GIFFORD as listed in this notice along with past performance information on or before the closing date as presented in this notice.
