installation of drainage structures and pipes, asphalt paving, pavement markings, installation of new taxiway
edge lights, illuminated guidance signs, and appurtenant work for a new Aircraft Engine Run-Up Area at
Runway 4R; and the establishment of three new geodetic control points per Federal Aviation Administration
(FAA) and National Geodetic Survey (NGS) requirements.
