The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking sources to provide technical support to the FAA Office of Labor Analysis. A committee of experts will be required to discuss the assessment and determination of workforce model mechanics, job analysis approaches, strategies to optimize systems performance and safety, and current emerging need related to labor force topics of interest to the FAA. During these discussions, the experts will be required to interview relevant stakeholders (FAA Employees to include employee unions).
