FAA Seeks to Lease Space
FAA seeks to lease office/warehouse space. The areas of consideration are Paso Robles, CA, Camp Roberts, and Atascadero. Minimum of 2500 square feet of office space with a warehouse that has forklift accessibiity. Secure parking for 15 vehicles.
Term is 5 years with three (3) 5 year options. Space must be contiguous (office space to warehouse space). The space must be available to the FAA at all times.
Office space must meet FAA requirements for fire safety, accessbiliity, seismic and sustainability (if required by the lease). A full service lease is required.
