REQUEST FOR QUOTES AND MARKET SURVEY CAPABILITY ASSESSMENT & FOR THE OFFICE OF SECURITY AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS SAFETY (ASH)

This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking experienced interested parties to provide services in support of maintaining a FAA Continuity of Operations (COOP) site, referred to as the Primary Alternate Facility (PAF). The PAF services required is to fill cracks, seal, and striping blacktop at the PAF.

The FAA requests (1) a brief statement from interested vendors demonstrating their capability to perform the work including past performance and experience, (2) a brief statement acknowledging the respondentbs ability to complete the work before December 15, 2018, and (3) a quote for the effort.
The Statement of Work for the effort is attached.
The location of the work to be performed is 4848 Lambs Knoll Road, Boonsboro, Maryland 21713.

If there is an award as a result of this RFQ, it will be on a best technically acceptable basis.

Respondents must provide their strategy for accomplishing this work, including the percentage of work that will be done by eligible small, service-disabled veteran-owned and/or 8(a) certified businesses. Respondents must also identify as to whether or not they are an eligible small, service-disabled veteran-owned and/or 8(a) certified business or a classified large business. Respondents must also be registered in the official government website, bSystem for Award Management (SAM)b (www.sam.gov).
