The Department Helicopters need to be up-fit with MAMV-FDLXA HARRIS Mobile Radio M7200, 700/800MHz Duplex, GPS, 256B-En; Uniden Bearcat series BXD996XT Project APCO 25 Scanner with GPS receiver and antenna or equal.
