UPDATE: FAA Air Traffic Skills Assessment Battery (ATSAT) Amendment 0001

Please be advised that the amendment for SIR No. 693KA9-19-R-00023 for the Air Traffic Skills Assessment Battery (ATSAT) is issued to incorporate the following changes:
1) Revise Section B.6 of SIR by changing CLIN number 0005 to 0006 under the base year and revising the quantities specified under CLIN 0001, 0002, 0003, 0004 and 0005 from 8,000 to 9,000 under all years;

2) Replace Attachment L001 file bL001 Excel Attachment 09 11 2019b with bL001 Excel Attachment 10 01 2019b;

3) Revise headers in Sections H-M and Attachment L002 Past Performance to reflect bFAA AT-SAT Screening Information Request SIR No. 693KA9-19-R-00023b;

4) The proposal due date in the SIR revised from October 9, 2019 to October 23, 2019.

In addition, the amendment updates the following:
5) Section C.2.4.3 (page 10)

Delete:

Each session must be audio/video recorded from a minimum of two separate views that captures all applicants while testing as well as proctors and others who enter the testing room. The Contractor must maintain these video/audio recordings for a period for seven years and must provide copies of the recordings of any testing session to the FAA upon request.

Replace With:

Each session must be audio/video recorded from a view that captures all ATSA applicants while testing as well as proctors and others who enter the testing room. The Contractor must maintain these video/audio recordings for a period of one year. If a litigation arises from any of the testing sessions between the FAA and a test participant, at the FAAbs direction, the Contractor must maintain the relevant video/audio recordings until the FAA litigation is concluded. The Vendor must provide the recordings to the FAA upon request.

Outstanding Definition:
Delete: bThe Offeror must agree to testing in Anchorage and Fairbanks Alaska.b
Rationale: This is a minimum requirement under C.2.2 Faculties.
