The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA/ Enterprise Services Center (ESC) has a requirement for rapid financial and IT support services.
See attachments for additional requirement information.
It is anticipated that a one (1) Time & Materials (T&M) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order Contract, to include Labor Hour (LH) and Travel (Cost Reimbursable CLINs, will be awarded as a result of this solicitation.
Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management, www.sam.gov on the date established for receipt of offers, in accordance with AMS Clause 3.3.1-33 System for Award Management.
All written SIR inquiries must contain 6973GH-19-R-00100 as part of the email subject line. All SIR questions must be received no later July 16, 2019.
Proposals must be received by LaMeisha Cheridor, Contract Specialist, no later than 3:00 p.m. CST, August 5, 2019. See Section L, Instruction, Conditions, and Notices to Bidders for proposal submittal instructions.
Any responses received after 3:00 p.m. CST of August 5, 2019, will not be considered in accordance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals.
Potential offerors should note that the FAA reserves the right to communicate with one or more offerors at any time during the SIR process.
This SIR is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of proposals.
