Eyeglasses -- Contract
The Department seeks a contractor to provide eyeglasses (frames and lenses) to eligible clients in accordance with agency policies and procedures. To be deemed eligible, clients must have been evaluated by a registered optometrist or ophthalmologist and have a prescription (Rx) for corrective lenses.
