The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Engineering Research and Development Center - Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (ERDC-CERL) has a requirement to procure the following:
- Two (2) each, Floor, Insulated, Base Fabric per USIFI-PRF-44103A, Class 4, Grade B, Polyurethane Foam Insulation, Density, lb/cu ft (2.6 Max) Indention Load, Deflection at 25%; 50% Compression Set, (20% Max); Tear Resistance, lb Force per Lineal Inch, (2 Min.); After Flame Time Seconds: (2 Max); After Oven Aging (2 Max); After Steam Autoclave (2 Max); TY 31 w/covers. Camel PN #FLRINS-T31 or equal.
- Two (2) each, Insulated Liner System, Extreme Weather, 3M FR SH Thinsulate Insulation, 250 gram, TEMPER, Air-Supported, Type 31, Configuration A Color White. Camel PN # CMCEWLAB32-T31 or equal.
The required items of supply must be fully compliant with the Berry Act (10USC 25441) and DFAR 252.225-7012; and flammability must meet ASTM D6413.
The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 314910 which has a size standard of 500 employees.
