External Financial Reporting Compliance Testing Services

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to choose a qualified international auditing firms ("Offerors") to support the program run by Controllers Unit (CTRRC) to conduct compliance testing to support (i) management's assertion on ICFR (SOX 404) and (ii) certification of disclosure controls and procedures (302 certification) for three consecutive fiscal years (Bank's fiscal year is July-June).
The selected firm will report to CTRRC and be responsible for carrying out the compliance testing of business process controls and Information Technology General Controls (ITGC).
Requesting for RFP:
The Bank would like to invite experienced firms (5 years of relevant experience) to request for a copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) no. RFP12-0921and have at least in the last three years experience auditing or performing SOX 404 testing work for an international financial institution with asset size larger than $200 billion. Before receiving the RFP a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) needs to be signed and sent to the attention of the above mentioned contracts officer. You will receive the NDA form when you send the initial request
