SCOPE and DELIVERABLES
As Episcopal Community Services makes a significant investment in our program MindSet, we want to ensure that we are achieving desired outcomes. The following potential evaluation question is provided to assist those responding to this request for proposals in developing a sense, in very broad terms, of the type of question and sub-questions that Episcopal Community Services would like the evaluation and its findings to address. Importantly, it should be noted that this is a potential evaluation question. A finalized set of evaluation question(s) will be developed collaboratively between Episcopal Community Services and the external evaluator during the implementation phase of the programming.
Scope
Does participation in MindSet lead to both immediate as well as sustained improved economic independence outcomes?
Domains of interest include those that are included on The Bridge to Self Sufficiency tool (see Appendix A.) which breaks down self-sufficiency into domains such as Housing, Family, Physical & Mental Health, Social Networks, Financial Management, Education & Training, and Employment & Career.
Deliverables
Assessment structure and evaluation tools
Twice a year reports detailing the results of progress towards outcomes made during the 6 months prior to the report. (4 in total)
One final outcomes report summarizing the results of progress made towards outcomes throughout the entire evaluation cycle. (January 2020-June 2022)
