External Evaluator Readiness and Emergency Management

Design a comprehensive evaluation plan that meets WCSD approval and federal requirements.
Provide technical assistance and training concerning evaluation related and project planning issues to Project staff.
Develop instruments and procedures to collect data as specified in the evaluation plan.
Supervise, train, and assist Project staff in data collection. Data collection methods may include interviews, focus groups, questionnaires, and observations of Project activities, examination of concurrent data sources made available by WCSD.
