External Evaluator
The District is accepting sealed Proposals with the intent to award to a firm that will conduct an appropriate third-party evaluation of the ASC-GIE project.
The evaluation of this project is a requirement of the funding source and evaluation costs are being paid entirely through federal grant funds.
The awarded project expects to serve 6,456 unique individuals in the course of the program. Activities will target 8 participant outcomes encompassing training, earning of certificates, and employment.
