Exterior Window Replacement

The proposed scope of work for this project includes the replacement of original, inefficient window sashes with new single hung, low-E assemblies at designated locations to improve safety and energy efficiency. Work shall include, but is not be limited to, repair of sills, jambs, trim of all openings as required; retain all original interior trim, re-caulk and repaint all exterior openings. New assemblies, where provided, will be custom fit and be similar in appearance to the original windows.
