Exterior Wall Repairs/Water Infiltration Remediation

Removal and replacement of all existing flashings associated with the windows and exterior building envelope. The removal of the affected interior wallpaper and drywall around each window opening will be performed by a separate abatement contractor. The successful contractor will be responsible for replacing the gypsum board and painting of all disturbed areas.
