Exterior Rehabilitation
Work by Contract Documents consists of dwelling improvements at an existing apartment project under a “lump sum” contract as shown on drawings and specified herein.
1. Removal and replacement of siding siding on all buildings.
2. Removal and replacement of all windows and sliding patio doors on all buildings.
3. Removal and replacement of all downspouts at all buildings.
4. Other miscellaneous work noted or scheduled.
5. Allowances: a. 1000 SF of wood sheathing replacement
b. 100 LF of structural framing replacement
