Solicitation Documents: The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) requiring both price and technical proposals responding to evaluation criteria described in the solicitation. Documents are available electronically to download from this website on or about June 25, 2019.



Description: The work under this contract is to furnish and apply one coat primer and two coats paint to all exterior surfaces and trim (including eaves/soffits) for buildings (#2004 Administration Office, #2524 Fuel Storage Shed and the roadside information kiosk) located at the Weaverville Ranger Station Compound. The work shall include but not be limited to preparing the surfaces to be painted, including incidental wood patching, caulking, masking, applying primer, paint and final clean-up.


Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor will furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, tools, supervision, materials and any necessary incidentals to accomplish work on this project.


Location: The project is located at the Weaverville Ranger Station (40.7348 N, 122.9427 W) 360 Main Street on Highway 299 in Weaverville, CA.


Contract Time Ends: 10/01/2019


Set-Aside: This project is 100% set aside for Small Business.


Response Location: Offers will be accepted at the Northern California Acquisition Service Area, Redding Office, located within the Shasta-Trinity National Forest Headquarters at 3644 Avtech Parkway, Redding, CA 96002 NO LATER than time and date indicated on solicitation.


SAM REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. SAM.gov registration is FREE! There is NO FEE to register or maintain their SAM.gov registration
