The demolition and renovation scope will be for the screen wall on top of the parking garage. This project will require the demo and removal including but not limited to, the existing Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems system of the screen wall on the Garage. The space will require new construction of but not limited to: replacement of EIFS system, relocate electrical for the lighting, remove and reinstall lighting for EIFS replacement. Remove and reinstall bird protection system ( making it a workable system), expose wield plates for inspection by the Structural Engineer, replace caulking in pre-cast joints, install coping, provide scaffolding as shown on the drawings
