Exterior Facade Repairs
Removal and replacement of all joint sealants in the existing exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS), including sealant joints at windows and between windows, and repair of existing EIFS in locations indicated. Remove and replace damaged roof copings. The Work also includes all related demolition and removal and disposal of waste associated with the repair work.
