Exterior Envelope Replacement
The work includes Material and Systems Testing according to IBC 2009 and as otherwise related to the renovations to an existing seven story office building associated with the replacement of the exterior envelope. Structural steel assemblies will require visual observation of welded connections, and visual and torque testing of bolted connections. Inspections of poured-in-place concrete, masonry, building pad, and cast-in-place pier foundations are required in accordance with the project specifications.
