Scope of Work:
Replacement of rotting post base trim with synthetic trim, eight bases total. Site visit ok at address above until end of the month (September) during business hours (8am-5pm). Please do not bother tenants. Trim shall match existing in size and finish. Corners shall be mitered and tops rounded to match existing trim. Prime and paint to match existing trim color.

Material:
Synthetic trim such as Azek trimboard or Inca HOA approved equal. Submit proposal with bid.
