Extended Maintenance Contract CCT-120
Solicitation N00421-14-T-0372 is issued as intent to Sole Source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a Sole Source basis with Rockwell Collins Satellite Communications Systems, Inc., under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Rockwell Collins is the Original Equipment Manufacturer for CCT-120 KU Systems, Model 822-3052-01 and the only authorized company who can provide the extended maintenance contract for their products.
