GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION:
OFFICE SPACE NEEDED The General Services Administration (GSA), of the United States Government is interested in leasing approximately 3172 BOMA usable square feet of office, processing area and sally port space for the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration Customs Enforcement. Lease is tentatively for a term of 15 years, 10 years firm, with occupancy to commence no later than September 2018. First consideration will be given to locations within the delineated boundaries as set forth:
Beginning at the intersection of South 19th Street West, and Central Avenue, proceed east to the intersection Central Avenue and Access Street. From this intersection proceed south along Access Street to the intersection of Access Street and Laurel Road/State Avenue.. Proceed East along State Avenue to the intersection of State Avenue and South 27th Street. Proceed South East along South 27th Street to Interstate 90. From the Intersection of I-90 proceed West to the intersection of I-90 and King Ave. West. From the intersection of I-90 and King Ave. West, proceed North West to the intersection of King Ave West and South 20th Street West. Proceed North along South 20th Street West to the intersection of South 20th Street West to the intersection of Monad Road. Proceed East along Monad Road to the intersection of Monad Road and South 19th Street West. Proceed North along South 19th Street West to the starting point of South 19th Street West. Billings, Montana. If no offer fully complies with the primary area of consideration, Second area of consideration shall be: City Limits of Billings Montana.
The proposed lease space shall be fully serviced.
Offered space shall not be within the 100 or 500 year flood plain.
