NSWC IHEODTD has a Firm Fixed Price requirement for fabrication, test, inspection, and shipment Explosive Bolts for the Arresting Cable Release Mechanism (ACRM). The Explosive Bolt must be manufactured in accordance with the technical data package. The requirements of the drawing must be met.

Additionally, the above referenced documents are controlled unclassified information (CUI). To receive this CUI electronically, an Offeror must be capable of receiving encrypted e-mails or using DoD Safe.
