Expert Consulting Services

The Advocate requires expert consulting services to assist his staff in (1) The financial implications for retail customers of both utilities involved in the proposed merger; (2) the regulatory (including reliability) implications of the proposed merger; and (3) the implications for customers of the Company of being owned by an entity with membership in ISO- New England, and the issues raised by the possibility that the new parent may seek to have the Service become a member of ISO- New England, as well as the issues raised by the possibility of a new, direct electrical interconnection between the Service and ISO-New England.
