Expansion of Center for Offices
The expansion building will consist of a two story addition with a basement with an approximate square footage of 31,000 s.f. The construction will be conventional steel frame with steel decking and concrete slabs. The exterior envelope will be a combination of metal stud /masonry curtainwall construction and aluminum/glass curtainwall assembly. The masonry consists of brick and cut limestone. The roof will consist of a fully adhered membrane with interior roof drains. The project will be seeking LEED Certification with the USGBC.
