Expand Parking Structure Design
The purpose of this modification to pre-solicitation notice is to change the submittal due date of SF330's to June 13, 2014, 12:00 (Hawaii Standard Time), and to provide answers to RFI:
1. Item 2, specialized experience: PV Solar System Renewable Generation. It is our understanding that the A/E team will provide the design and specifications for the PV system, but that the PV vendor would not be included on the A/E team. Please confirm.
PV vendor is not on the A/E team.
2. Item 2, specialized experience: PV Solar System Renewable Generation. If an interconnection study is required by HECO, who will be submitting and paying for the study?
No, this is the responsibility of the construction contractor. The A-E should include a statement in the specifications indicating this.
3. Are FF&E product and installation specifications to be included in the A&E scope of work?
Yes, though there should be minimal FF&E in the project.
