Exhibition Services
The purpose of this bid is to procure pricing for rental of items and services of an
exhibition services vendor. The vendor will provide the listed items and set-up 200 exhibition booths
for a large state-wide conference, to be held in the Raleigh Convention Center, located at 2 East
South St, Raleigh, NC, 27601 from October 12-14, 2008. This conference will be attended by 2,500-
3,000 community college personnel over a 2 day period.
